That absolutely belongs in the review because it shows you specifically told them not to perform another service until you spoke with management, and they proceeded anyway. I'd keep it factual and strong: Very disappointing service. When you sign up, they determine your price based on the size of your entire lawn, which gives you the impression that your entire lawn will be treated. However, that is not what happens. Hired Pro Green in November 2025 to repair my lawn where a tree was removed. By next spring the new grass had all died in the area of the removed tree. I spoke to the original salesmen who stated they would return and repair the area again. A few weeks after my conversation, I followed up to see when they were scheduled to return. I left a detailed message and to this day I have not seen or heard from anyone!
Originally we had Atlantis Sprinkler system of thirty years; however, the owner retired. His company merged with ProGreen Lawn care about two years ago. ProGreen Lawn Care's service has been fine.
