I took a chance on Pro Green because I saw a recommendation on Nextdoor from the wife of the operator of Pro Green, Juan; that’s love! (and gorilla marketing!) I expected something much less than I received. I had procrastinated on cleaning and thought I would need new carpet. Juan and Carlos are fantastic. They don't bullshi* you, have the equipment they need to do tough jobs quickly and effectively, and are reasonably priced. It feels good supporting a local family owned/run business as well. Juan even called me a few days after the job to see if I was happy with the sealer he put on the tile and offered to remove it and refund me if I wasn't. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Great pricing and amazing customer service. Definitely your go to when it comes to upholstery cleaning. Cars, mattresses, sofas, carpets, rugs, etc.
Juan and his son perform great work. Very friendly and extremely knowledgable on carpet care for my condo in Bay Meadows. They do everything so well and even clean the carpets wearing rubber boots and put devices to protect the wall corners from rubbing the paint.The highest recommendation to them!
I was looking for a carpet cleaner who was, professional, reputable, and knowledgeable when it came to cleaning with GREEN Products. The carpet probably has not been cleaned in over 30 years. I really didn't think it could be saved more less cleaned, but much to my surprise it came out so much better than I expected!!
