My technician was Cory S. Not only did he text to say he was on his way. He also called me to verify address. While investigating issue with garage door he explained a couple issue it could be. Great guy. Good communicator. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Efficient. And on time.
Danny, fixed my Marantec 4500e GD {literally} opener [with the stupidest emergency release design ever sold, which requires a part replacement by means of DROPPING THE DRIVE TRACK :-( ] and tweaked some alignment and tracking issues in a very reasonable amount of time.
