Pro Flooring is pleasant to deal with. They are very professional in providing quotes and timely completion of installation. I highly recommend them.
Horrible Experience. The original installer was terrible, had to come out several times to fix issues. Broke a closet door, a vanity, and a wooden step. I recommend you photograph and film everything ahead of time because if you can't provide proof, they won't fix it or acknowledge they broke it. 7 months after install, the carpet started wrinkling up in areas. We assumed the warranty would cover this but the warranty is only a carpet re stretch (which is not what we were sold on or what is stated in documents), and the re s... read more
