Julio was excellent to work with. Our floors turned out beautifully. I liked that he and his crew did the work themselves and didn't have subcontractors do it. Would definitely hire him again
We used Pro Floors to repair some flooring that another floor company inadequately attempted to repair. We were amazed how much they were able to match the repair to the rest of the floors and correct the issue that the other floor company said could not be done. Also, other floor companies contacted for the repair said that the entire floors would have to be redone to match (at a higher price), but Pro Floors was able to do the spot repair seamlessly. I used Pro Floor Sanding for my home in Jenkintown, PA. Julio and his assistants did a phenomenal job bringing life to the old hardwood throughout my house. They also replaced a section of floor that was beyond repair and made the new wood blend in completely with the original floor. Wow! Julio and his team did a fantastic job refinishing our floors. We had a tight timeline from closing date to move-in but he was able to switch around his schedule to accommodate us (who does that these days??). Julio was very responsive and professional through the whole process. His team was even able to get a stain out that we thought for sure would never go away. The floors came out perfect and I am so happy we hired Pro Floor Sanding. Highly recommended!
