This is not so much a review as it is a public service warning. This was the worst encounter with a business I have ever experienced. The “jeweler” threatened to hurt me several times. I have been bringing my watches into Pro Fix Jewelry for battery for about two years. The battery life is always short, but for $2.50, my expectations were low. My last visit was a nightmare experience. I took my Invicta watch, (a favorite) in to see if they could repair it. A few little gold embellishments on the face had detached. The... read more
