This is a horrible man, who knows absolutely nothing about training, bodybuilding or even humanity. He is abusive, demeaning and just a disgusting person.
I would stay far away from this guy.. he is a very rude man who talks badly behind the back of athletes.. he posts horrible, mean things about people in the gym and makes fun of women on the regular.. I’m not sure how he still has any business in fitness - the disrespect and ridicule he had out people blows my mind that he even has clients

Nice, well maintained facility, first Gym been back to since last Combat Deployment in 2010. Really enjoy it! And it's Open 24/7 which is an awesome bonus!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
