If you are looking for specified athletic training, D’Andre tailors a program to fit your athletic goals. Together we focused on my speed, agility and vertical. As an athlete my performance on the courts significantly increased. He pushed and challenged me to be my personal best on and off the courts.
I heard about Elevate Fitness from my granddaughter who was training with Dre (owner) to improve her volleyball fitness. Heard lots of positive stuff and thought I would book a month with him. Being in the gym most of my adult life (67yo), I was put thru some exercises I had never performed before. What I learned from Dre, I will continue to perform in the gym.
