Scott is the best person I ever met in this industry. Definite go to guy. Bought my mom a machine, they prepped it well, delivered and set it up and most of all, made sure she knew how to use it! She loves it!! Flash Forwards: Scott very patiently worked with my mother and I and her Physical Therapist to figure out which machine was best for her rehab (they had several instock - all used all at great discounts. 2 words - Stay Away! This is one of the most unprofessional companies we have ever dealt with. You would think it's just their employees that are poorly trained, but even the owner himself is a complete waste. Save yourself precious time and stay away.
