I had an issue with my dryer and contacted American Home Shield who got in contact with Pro First Appliance. After the dryer wasn't correctly fixed the first time, I waited around for 2 days and no one showed up on the recall repair. I called AHS who got them to come out on a Saturday(the technician was very nice) but said he had to come back out with the right part and said I was on the schedule.
