I’ve been coming to Pro Eye Care for years and always have a great visit. The doctors really care, the staff is super friendly, and both the Greenwich and Darien locations are modern and welcoming. Definitely recommend.
I’ve been a longtime patient at Pro Eye Care and couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. The doctors are thorough and compassionate, the staff is wonderful, and both offices in Greenwich and Darien are gorgeous.
This practice is highly skilled at billing — not transparency. I’ve now had multiple experiences years apart where charges were not disclosed until I was already in the chair, insurance handling was misrepresented, and explanations changed only after I pressed. I was told to pay everything upfront, assured insurance would be billed, then later learned nothing had been submitted — followed by shifting guidance and finger-pointing.
