Pro Exteriors delivered top-notch customer service experience. From the initial meeting with Charles. He was very knowledgeable and was able to address any of my concerns. Through the process he gave me updates sent progress pictures etc. Communication was EXCELLENT! The team that came to work on my siding was very professional. Charles was the real PRO! Best experience I have had working with a remodeling company from start to finish. Charles is professional, knowledgable, polite and down-to-earth. He explained every detail of this project from first meeting until conclusion. He made sure to meet with me via video call to go over the details of the job. I have used them a few times for cleaning gutters. They do tasks expeditiously and clean up any leaves or debris that may have fallen on deck/driveway etc. This time I had gutter guards installed too. Cost was so much less than others, and my house is not easy with all the trees and the varying heights from ground level. Scheduling was easy. Great communication-actually respond and follow-up. Highly recommend!

The ENTIRE process from start to finish was seamless. I worked with Charles and he gave a VERY fair price. Better than every other quote I received. They included both my house and my detached garage! There were some challenges with my garage needing the wood beneath the shingles to be replaced before roof installation and they were very forthcoming with informing me and providing a solution that didn't add an extremely additional cost.
