Do not use this company. The sales experience was very good, the rep was informative and helpful. Communication with him went well. Everything went downhill from there. The scheduling was a mess completely unorganized. Crew showed up without all the necessary hardware because they did not receive it all in time. It did show up by end of first day any caused minor delay. The hardware crew was good, worked hard but the 2-3 day install took 5 days with a lot of me waiting around for the crew to arrive. ProEnergy Solutions installed my Hot Water/Heating system extremely efficiently and competently! They were in and out in one day. Good team too, polite and professional! Good follow up afterwards and great customer service! Great techs working for them! Even the owner John is a good; honest man! He and I spoke on the phone. John is experienced, I can tell. I highly recommend ProEnergy Solutions regarding anyone's hot water and heatings needs! My wife, boys and I are as snug as a rug! Thank you everyone!
