This place is easily the best gym I’ve ever been to...the environment is great and all the staff is helpful and friendly...so glad i found this place!!
RecommendedThis family owned gym is cute and clean, I refer to it as a "mini 24 Hour Fitness". The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The personal trainers are down-to-Earth, approachable, caring and professional...but they mean business and will help you reach your health and fitness goals! Great gym for those who prefer a more quiet, friendly atmosphere.
Great gym. Very laid back, and chill. That's what I personally look for in a gym. I don't have people staring at me, or people waiting for me to finish so they can use the equipment. Smoothie bar is king. Thumbs up!
I tried ariel yoga here for my first time...and I was smitten by it!!! The two teachers that I have taken class with were wonderful. It's a great work out, and super fun. I thought yoga was the greatest sport, but ariel yoga is even better!!!
Love my gym! Donovan is awesome, kicks my butt every session! Feeling like a new me! Also the 713 JuiceBar is amazing! Very clean, all equipment is in perfect condition and top of the line!
Donavan is awesome to work with. He gives you a great personal feel. You get the feeling he really cares about your goals and helping you acheive them. Its great working out with someone you trust. Chris is awesome also. Cant wait for the juice bar to open.
Just what I need today!
I love this place! The staff here is very professional and knowledgable while also being approachable. This gym is exactly the right size being small enough that you feel at home and have help if necessary and large enough that there are classes to attend and all the equipment you need. Equipment and locker rooms are always kept clean and fresh towels are available to use.
