The company Pro Drain Techs was very professional courteous and knowledgeable ,for a home owner putting in a new sewer line is a stressful time but the guys , there crew lead , answered any lingering questions we had , and the 2 days they were here it proved that this company knows there jobs very well , great price so overall a great experience ....Thanks very much. We originally got a quote from a different company before a friend told us to get a second opinion. I'm so glad we gave pro drain a call because they were able to do the work for less than half of what the first company quoted us AND we didnt have to gut our basement and kill our lilacs. There was a bit of a wait for the work but they were professional, efficient and Liette in the office is amazing to work with. I couldnt recommend them more.

From start to finish, Pro Drain Techs have been fantastic to deal with. Liette was very responsive and helpful with the process. Danny gave us a fair and comprehensive quote. Jesse and his team were extremely professional, polite and efficient with their time doing the work. They cleaned everything up and were respectful of our home. Highly recommend as they took a disaster and made it all smooth sailing to fix! Super fast at fixing and made it super easy to deal with insurance .
