Very knowledgeable, professional and efficient.
Hired them for a sewer line inspection. The inspector answered all of our questions and gave us the confidence to close on an older house. They even arrived early and wore clean shoes in the house. Overall we reccomend using this company.
I have a broken main drain on my house that causes backflow when too much water is used. I've had several plumbers come by and snake it, take my money only for it to back flow the next day. Rodney from Pro Drain came over, found the clean out, which no other plumber was able to do and identified that the main drain was on city property meaning the city would fix it for free. The entire process of replacing my sewer line went very well. It took 3 days and it went like clockwork. I had some deck to remove and it was replaced perfectly . The communication with everyone involved was courteous and well explained. Highly recommend.
