Pro Drain came to our house to fix a clog and ended up breaking our pipe and then told us it was our fault the pipe broke because it was old. They used a " Cutter Snake" on a pipe that they new was old and then put the blame on us and told us that they refuse to pay for what they broke. They gave no verbal warning or anything about their was a chance a pipe could break PRIOR to putting a cutter snake down our pipe.
