Exemplary work carried out by exemplary workers. Had drains/pipes lined to rectify defects captured by cctv survey. Had an Ako drain channel installed too. Delighted with their professional work. Very highly recommended.

We had to reroute an underground misconnected waste drain pipe. A video CCTV was run and provided a comprehensive report from which a proposal was made to excavate and lay new pipe and connections. The work was carried out by a well organised and diligent team of people and completed on time. We can highly recommend this company.

Arrived on time and got the job done but I strongly advise you monitor their work. They charge per 30mins for labour and when the pump is operational but constantly turn the pump off and stand around to extend the job. They were there for 45mins and could have finished in under 30. Had the pump running for 5mins then turned it off for 10 before restarting for another 5mins etc. They were intending to charge an hour for the use of the pump until this was pointed out. I am very pleased with Pro Drain for their service. They sorted out my problematic basement which flooded each time it rained heavily. They dug up the basement and newly installed the underground drainage and put in non-return valve units ensuring there is no leakage at these points from sewer surges and flooding. This work has so far protected my property during the heavy downpours we have endured over the last couple of months.
