Ryan (tech w/A1) is a rockstar! Great personality, answered ALL my questions without hesitation. We had a bit of an accident (car backed into door). Ryan came out the next day and was able to get it functioning. He recommended getting it replaced (but did not push selling garage door). Ryan stated the door would continue to get off track but it will work for a bit. (We were leaving for vacation that day and was just thankful he got the door closed).
