Friend of mine needed a new tool chest first called around to see what store had one. Called the surrey location and the person who answered let's just say was lazy did not want to go and look for the item. We called back the next day and much better service, the associate even got the section supervisor involved because the keys were all missing and he gave us a $200 discount because the unit was the last one the poor service the evening before.
