Unicorn of Home Depots! Ok, so I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this is needed. This is the nicest Home Depot I've ever stepped foot in. I'm in construction, so I've been to a lot of home depots. This one is clean, items are in the correct bins and easy to find, the employees ask if they can help you, and then they actually DO! If you have been to a few home depots, you know how rare any of one of these attributes is... all the above in one store is like finding a Unicorn... an orange unicorn.
Moving to a new area, I honestly didn’t expect much when visiting this Home Depot—especially after the terrible experience we had at the Union location. But wow… what a difference! From the very first visit, I felt the atmosphere here was completely different. The managers, the cashiers, the sales associates—everyone is genuinely ready to help. I normally wouldn’t rate a Home Depot but this location has great customer service. In other locations it can be nearly impossible to find an associate, but in this location they go around asking you if you need help.
