Terrible. I was looking for a Ryobi backpack sprayer. I couldn't find it so I asked an associate where it was. He told us it was on the front wall. It wasn't. So then I looked it up for myself on the website, But the website doesn't say what aisle it's in (The Lowe's website does for their products). Then the little AI chatbot popped up on the website and I asked it. It told me they had them in stock but "could not provide the aisle location". Absolutely useless. I love this place. Everyone is so nice and helpful. In fact the last time I was there I found out that my car had a flat tire and before I could even call for help two employees volunteered to change the tire Scot and William were wonderful and I was able to drive home in no time!
