overpriced, unorganized, unhelpful and no shopping bags at self-checkout. this has got to be one of the worst
On several occasions I have had to return items to the store for refunds or exchanges. I have some very rude associates assist me however on my last visit I encounter Sinethia. She was very polite, patience and kind. I appreciated her caring and reassuring demeanor. She is an outstanding associate and is an asset to your company. She should be commended for going above and beyond .
you getting in and out pretty fast
I bought a Samsung Washer and Dryer at the Fairfield AL location. I’ve had nothing but problems with it since purchasing. The dryer wrinkles everything no matter what cycle is used. I spoke with the Manager Mike, at this location who assured me he would replace the dryer. He told me wanted to check it out first but never showed up. Each time I called i keep getting the run around. I don’t like being lied to especially by a Manager. This needs to be addressed.
By far the best Home Depot's are in Birmingham
