This store needs leadership. 85 percent or more of associates know nothing-seriously nothing. It’s messy and it’s a personal injury attorneys dream location. Accidents will occur here. Safety sticks in lumber not used. Things sticking out of aisles. Things not stacked in safe manner. Forklift driver breaking things while a clown holding two red flags standing there as material is broken. No assistance of value. Leadership needs to be better. I love this Home Depot! By far, the friendliest, most helpful people work here! I was greeted multiple times throughout the store, and the employees I encountered seemed genuinely happy to help. The store is also clean and well-organized, and I almost always find exactly what I’m looking for. Because I have had this great experience repeatedly with the Fairfield Home Depot, I choose them over their competitor first every time!
