Matt and I believe her name was Amy, helped me order everything for mine and my husband's new construction home! Amy helped me set up my Pro Account and was very nice in helping me figure out why my number was not working. She fixed it instantly. Matt was very personable and funny. It was not at all awkward to sit with him to ensure I had the correct products in my order. If I could give Home Depot a negative star rating that's what it would be the only reason you go here is if you want to waste an hour to an hour and a half customer service is poor pro desk poor after you ask five or six Associates where something is the seventh one may actually take you to it
