Jim and Francisco were so helpful on my last project, which was a very large Trex deck. Once Home Depots end, things did not go so well, I had alot of items that didnt show up, or showed up towards the end, or at the end of my project. It extending the deck build by months, well into the dead of winter at sub zero temps. Example, I got my hoist hangers for the project after i was about 2/3's done with the project. Called to check on price to rent a stump grinder. I was told $30/ 4hrs or $51/ a day. So I went and got it this morning and returned it 4 hrs later clean and full of gas. I was charged $120. When I asked why so much I was told the 4 hr price was $109 not the $30 I was told just 4 hrs earlier.when I told the guy that charged me what I was quoted he just said nope its $109 in a conceited I don't care tone and handed me my receipt.from now on I'll rent from someone else!
