I shop at Home Depot probably every other week. Two years ago I purchased a Husky torque wrench, Home Depot's brand, that I used once. I went to use it on a rifle scope installation and the ratchet did not "click." Fortunately, I realized this before I broke the scope rings or the mounts on my brand new rifle. I took it in to HD to get a new one today and the customer service girl at the returns desk was very snooty. I asked for the manager and he did not come to talk to me.
