UNPROFESSIONAL She was very rude and unprofessional to my pregnant wife commenting that we were paying so slowly as well as to adding that I was the only one working. We are paying for the unnecessary root canal and crown. She'll be nice on your first few visits, but beware when its time to pay.
Awful I asked them to check my insurance to see what benifts where and what would and would not be covered on an optional procedure. They gave me a written quote, with the quopted benifits. when the bill came and the insurance reviewed. The insurance wouold not cover the procedure. The insurance company stated that they never would have covered this procedure. The dental office told me it was my problem. They have some culpability when check benefits. After all, I am not a dentost, I cannot pay whatever.
