Thiago was great. We had 3 cars in total that needed fixing, but unfortunately our 2nd car was not met to our needs, therefore our 3rd car was not touched (much more intense repair). Thiago was very friendly, did the first car terrific! Only wished that we would be informed of a late arrival or updated about being late as we were scheduled for around 11am, but never showed until 11:30am. I needed to reach out to see the ETA. Other than that, great service. Thank you!
They were awesome. Prompt, fast, and reasonable. And they come to your location. The only part I found a little unsettling was that they do not do in-person estimates. You need to take photos and send it to them via text. I'm kind of old school and would rather have somebody personally look and feel the work to be done. But other than that, no complaints. I highly recommend them.
If you have any doubts, these pictures should put your mind at ease. Thiago is extremely professional, patient, and quite accommodating.
Some tire company ruined damage all 4 my rims. but they paid back some of the money I purchased with too repair all 4 my rims. pro dent is the only ppl I call to get the job DONE! Thnx Andre! Alex was a gentleman and the kind of contractor you'd want to deal with. He was courteous, easy to talk to and experienced in repairing dents. I watched with amazement as he skillfully repaired the dent in the bumper of my white murano. He also spent extra time cleaning off the creosote from the utility pole that my car hit. The end result was not 100% perfect but then again I never expected it to be. If I wanted it to look perfect I would have had the entire bumper replaced.
