Plano Best's Hair Salon – A Plano hair salon with real pros! I have been going to Pro-cuts for a while and i have to admit this is the best hair salon and have real professional hair stylist. They treat you good and i have never bad service. They wax, color and cut your hair for a really low cost .They cut hair really good. I've been to many salons but this is by-far the best salon I've been to. This is the best service and i hope everyone tries this salon.
