Zero stars was not an option. I have taken my son here 3 times & the staff is never very friendly, but was always a quick, cheap cut. Today I attempted to call ahead & was advised that they did not take appointments. Which would have been fine except I told her I would be there in 30 min & when I opened the door, I was met by a lady that told me "that due to staff shortage, they were closing for lunch & would be back in an hour" instead of telling me on the phone before I drove up there.
