Nice neighborhood salon with trained, experienced staff. Not a full service salon but good for haircuts or trims. Appointments not required.
Danielle did a TERRIBLE job. I asked for hi-lights & lo-lights and layers. She did not color it properly or feather my layers. She claims to have done hair for 20 years, but seems as if she's still in hair school. Said she would charge me $49 for all of it, but I ended up paying $88.
Been going here about 18 months now. At least 3 different ladies have cut my hair they all do a great job great attitudes.
2nd time and not ever going back!! Couldnt ring me up correctly and when finally got it Armida the lady that took my payment didnt even say sorry for their mistake!!
WORST SERVICE EVER! The "stylist " who butchered my hair did not seem to care on what style I was looking for. she literally finished cutting my hair in about 5 minutes ...and on top of that ...they were talking aabout previous customers in the worst way! even went as far as cussing in front of me And my nephew. my haircut is horrible and uneven! I'm so embarrassed to even go out. ugh don't give these people your money!
Do not go!! They were cutting my head, when she took a one guard and shave my beard from jawline up on the left side. WOOPS! The beard I had grown for so long was destroyed. Thanks to PRO CUTS I had to shave my beard and start from scratch. HORRIBLE PLACE, DO NOT GO!!
IF YOU SAY YOU ARE OPEN UNTIL 8:00PM THEN WHY ARE DOORS LOCKED AT 7:50PM? DROVE 40 MINUTES AFTER VERIFYING THEIR HOURS. DOORS WERE LOCKED AT 7:50 WHEN I ARRIVED. WHY HAVE BUSINESS HOURS IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ABIDE BY THEM? WILL NEVER FREQUENT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN.
The staff of this hair salon were rude and they were criticising their customers. I did not leave this salon as a happy customer, I felt as if the stylist was telling me what I wanted rather than me telling her what I wanted. I probably will not be going to this salon again for future haircuts, thats for sure. And would not recommend it to anyone else.
