Pro-Cuts is a good value. One time I decided I hated my long hair and chopped it all off myself in the bathroom. A couple of weeks later I went into pro cuts and asked the stylist to clean it up. She did a great job. I have been going there ever since and have seen a couple of different people and have been satisfied with both of them. Never again I went to Pro Cuts, when they were having a promo of free haircuts. Once in the salon, the stylist seemed very rude. She was in no hurry to get to me, and even made a remark about my coupon. Once she began cutting my hair, there was no conversation. The only thing that she told me was I needed to use more conditioner, and was I really sure about only getting a trim. Once she was finished, and she rang me out, she stood there expecting a tip. Which she did not get.
Worst in my life I went to Pro Cuts. I ordered to cut my hair like a sample I brought. Then a stylist accepted my order, but she didn't cut my hair like the sample. It was terrible. I wonder they have licenses. I think she should have refuse my order if she didn't have enough skill. She is really irresponsible. In addition, she asked me how long I wanted to have my side's hair cut. I wonder why she asked that question because I showed her the sample. I will never go to Pro Cuts.
