This is my first time looking for a service to repair my gas operated power washer. I was surprised to find a company that would come to your home to assess the problem and make the repairs. The power washer died about 5 years ago and it was fix it or dump it. I contacted Pro-Core to repair my rototiller. Will was very responsive. While he did have to order a part to complete the repair, it didn't take long to come in and he had my rototiller running like new in no time. He is very knowledgeable and takes him time to explain everything and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend him for any small engine repairs.
Pro-Core checked out our push mower that was not running. Engines are NOT my specialty, but Will's knowledge and expertise of small engine repair and maintenance was evident. The communication was excellent about arrival time and costs of services upfront, and I very much appreciated the tips and suggestions he gave me for taking care of my mower in the future. I have a 48” Exmark Mower that I had purchased used. Ran into a few problems and thought my investment might be a lost cause. Will from pro core took the time to give it a thorough exam and identified All the areas of need. Once the parts came in he came back to service the mower. After the job was completed the mower runs and sounds brand new. I appreciate and highly recommend them for any of your equipment needs.
