Dominic was wonderful. He is passionate about his work, is very good at explaining the work he is doing in layman’s terms, and was very polite and respectful to both me and my wife. He gave us excellent recommendations and advice regarding our HVAC system and hot water heater. With regard to price, we have two furnaces, two humidifiers and one hot water heater that needed routine servicing, so price charged was reasonable.
Since spring I have been looking for a new HVAC Company for cleaning, them my air conditioner. Talked to 3 Services all promised to get back to me, Never Did. I found Pro Comfort ( Gerard) last week from online recommendation, all positive recommendations. Gerard checked in with me this morning to let me know what time the service attendant would be here. Tony came, punctual, polite, very personable, attentive, clean and knowledgeable. He did both of my furnaces in about 1 hour. I am so happy to have found them.
I am a returning customer (year 4) and I have referred my business associates. This team is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I had to make a public post to recommend them to strangers. Individually and collectively a great team. Thanks again Gerardo! & Dominick (I just met him today).
