They had to replace both running boards since the ones on my truck were obsolete. They selected fantastic looking boards. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Using the wrong class of parts is huge. Attention to detail and proper completion of the job is called customer service. 3 Star : Repair Quality The paint looks good. The bumper looks good. After refusing the vehicle initially, the hitch insert and pin were replaced. The one big problem was the hitch pin they used.
