I had high hopes for this place after reading many positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience fell short. I went in to have my dress hemmed, hoping to support a local business, but when I picked it up, I was extremely disappointed with the result. The hem was jaggedly cut and uneven, which made it look sloppy and unrefined. Given the price I paid, I expected much more care and professionalism. I called wanting to get my sweatpants hemmed at 10:30 Am. Laura was super kind and respectful, and had it done for me by 3pm the same day for only 17$. I will DEFINITELY be coming back and I highly recommend anyone to come here for any of your alteration needs. 10/10 service.
