The most important thing to me is that their technicians were professionally trained to do their jobs. This is a big deal to me, because I spent a lot of money on my carpeting and cannot afford to trust amateurs.
They were really good and to my satisfaction. Last week a lot of kids had come over to our house for my sons birthday party and anyone can guess what would have happened to the carpets that were there in the party room. The kids had dropped a lot of eatables on my carpet and it could certainly not have been cleaned by my maid. I had to call these guys to save the day. A pleasure to deal with! I scheduled a carpet cleaning appointment with them very easily. They came to my house the very next day and provided a pretty prompt, but thorough service. My carpets looked great afterwards and the house smelled much better.
