Forced to give one star because of rating system - If you have an afternoon to kill and dont want anyone to show up... this is the place. After making sure I was home early, for a 2pm appointment, I got a call around 4pm stating, "we were on a big job today, you gonna be around tomorrow about 9am?" No, I wont be... and I will find someone else to do the job. He didnt care and hung up the phone. Mr. Jenkins did a fabulous job on our stair carpet, upholstery, and area rugs. Great care was given to stained spots and protecting the original pine & oak floors in our Historic Property. We highly recommend this reliable business. Mr. Jenkins is thorough and has trusted years of experience with carpet and upholstery cleaning. The Historic Magnolia House remains clean and welcoming thanks, in part, to Mr. Jenkins and his expertise.
