Overcharged to clean open areas in a living room in a small hallway ,hallway was just touched up wasn’t even wet to show It was clean anyway, living room was left soaking wet in certain areas I honestly don’t believe that what he charged me was worth the quality of work he done out of his car saying it’s a portable carpet cleaner, red flags. I would not recommend this company think twice. And $300 for open areas in a small hallway it’s been 48 hours and I don’t think the carpet looks that great.
We had an amazing experience with pro carpet. I have young children and tend to host a lot of things at my home with white carpet everywhere. My carpets look almost brand new after they were here.
Very good work, very efficient, polite and professional.
