I encountered some of the worst customer service ever with this company. The following occurred during my experience: 1.) I am nine months pregnant and even though the package I purchased said that they would move light furniture, I was expected to move things 45-50 lbs. in order to have an area I wished to have cleaned. I had previous assistance moving the heavy furniture and would have had utilized this assistance to move the lighter things had I known it would be necessary.
