If there were no stars available I would of left this. I've been coming here for years once or twice a month but not after today. Dropped my car off at 8:30A.M. and am waiting here now at 5:15 p.m. and it still isn't done due to a small miscommunication. I was called and asked if I minded waiting a little longer to maybe 3:30 or 4 as they were busy and had no time to get mine in. Was there today to get my Yukon Denali washed. Sales person was VERY pushy about upgrading to more expensive car wash. I had told him 4 times I just wanted a basic wash...none of the extras,and he just kept pushing. I do NOT like this type of sales. Sure, make me aware of what is available, but when I say "no"...let it go. Ever since this business has changed hands, it been a very high pressure sales pitch. Today was the worst, though. If this does continue, I will be looking for a new place to take my car.

I love this place they are so polite, and do a fantastic job. My car looks like brand new inside and out. I had taken my car last year to waterpark in Moline and they were not friendly and I could have cleaned it inside and out better. they were a total waste of time and money. This place is great!!!!! :)

Pro-clean car wash in Rock Island is the best! With 2 toddlers my cars get pretty messy and they always make sure i leave with it looking brand new. The guys in detail do awesome work too! I didn't think my husband's work car would look clean ever again and they suprised me and went above and beyond and the interior looks great Thank you! : )

First time i had the best experience at a car wash. After a road trip that left my car with a million bugs I decided to try pro clean. I stopped going to these type of car washes because they rush everyone through and leave my car looking like crap. First person that helped me was a woman. My receipt says her name was Anita. She was very friendly and helpful. She took her time to explain the different washes and assured me they would get all the bugs off. I have been a loyal customer for several years and I continually receive excellent service and the staff is very courteous and helpful . I tell my friends and Church members about the service that I receive from the business. The staff all know me and my vehicles, keep up the good work and I will keep coming and talking about Pro-Clean Car Wash

Gotta love this place! Best prices and best service! Super friendly staff and their unlimited car wash plan is unbeatable! This full service car wash its second to none. They also offer auto detailing. Nothing they can't do. Grade A service!
