We purchased a Living Social deal and this is why we chose this company. We had to wait THREE months for an appointment so were excited to think they were "the best". Not only did they not get ANY of our stains out, you cant even tell the carpet was cleaned. They managed to fluff the carpet up and make it look more "alive" but every. single. stain. is still there. Im glad this was a cheap deal because I would be furious had I spent a lot of money. Still furious that I spent any money on this though.
