Easiest company to work with. Karl took care of everything. Roof replacement seemed like a daunting task but Karl walked us through the process and made everything super easy.
In December of 2024 Pro City Roofing replaced my roof at my expense. Then in March 2025 our area was hit by a major hailstorm. Lots of damage to our roof, gutters, skylights, and fascias. I filed a claim and Karl and his team successfully negotiated with the insurance company to cover the costs. Despite a busy and wet spring, they completed another quality job in a timely manner. Shout out to the owner of ProCity Roofing who jumped up in the back of my truck to help load a bunch of heavy bags of soil at Home Depot in New Albany, which HD did not offer to load. Do not need a new roof, but if I did I would give this company a shot on the basis of showing compassion!
