I have used Jim’s services on 4 separate occasions and he will be my go to home inspector from now on. He is hands down the most reliable, professional, and knowledgeable inspector I’ve ever worked with. On several occasions he went out of his way to accommodate my schedule and delivered a thorough and easy to understand report that was instrumental in my decision making. I highly recommend Procheck Home Inspection.
I have seen Jim's work on several occasions. He knows homes from building them to inspecting them. His report and walk thru is will help a buyer make an informative decision. (Posting this on two different review sites. in case one is not seen).
I wouldn't recommend this company. I went with them since Jim was super nice out of the 4 companies I called. Unfortunately he did a extremely poor job inspecting. In the report he noted kitchen sink plumbing inspection limited because seller had belongings in the way. Just an excuse to do a halfhearted job! Since buying and moving in we have found multiple issues he didn't even note. I feel like I noticed more issues walking through the house then he did.
