Complete and total rip off!!! Was told one price over phone, then when service was complete the price more than doubled
He showed up in a Uhaul rental van with faulty equipment. He said he had it changed out, but I think all he did was spray water and vacuum. The carpet was dirtier than it started and there were marks all over the walls from the hose. My husband and I were able to clean dirt spots with just a wet rag. We called to complain and our call was never returned. Called again and got a message to call back in 5-10 minutes every time we called. Asked us to pay on cash. Total scam!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
