I had pro carpet come in to address an engineered floor and stair runners that were a bit beat up from the prior owners. They were very easy to schedule and very honest and realistic with assessing the floor in-person - a week before the job. Very transparent pricing. They did a deep clean and the floor and stairs look amazing! 100% worth it, especially for new home buyers. Great and friendly customer service too!

Carpeted stairs in high traffic front door area were stained and held an odor, after 10 minutes they were cleaned and refreshed. Better results than my previous experience with a large national company; I would call them again.
