Pro care is horrible by far… they don’t return phone calls…then when you get a call back they claim they fix the issue… the issue is never fix they taking people hrs away and they give you a app to use to clock in and out but that thing has an malfunction issue I just so over this company
Pro Care is the worst Home Healthcare Agency i then ever been place with they have been hiring me as a new caregiver for 3 weeks which makes no since at all..... I need my Back pay and all they keep tell me is oh you have to talk to this person and this person etc....
