I was a caregiver and felt as though office staff didn’t care about me. They were very unprofessional and didn't help me when I was dealing w/ serious issues and intense stress. This is by far the WORST caregiving agency I've ever worked for. I had to chase them down for updates and reports, set me up to meet clients w/o my knowledge, which resulted in a no show because I wasn't told about the meeting from T'Myah. I have a brother that gets special care from here and they are all just fantastic the staff is so kind and very professional. Nathan is awesome he takes his time to explain everything with me and helps me understand more. Just a great environment and very professional place.
we recently experienced a technical issue. I was incredibly impressed by how the Clinical Director immediately recognized the problem and put in so much effort to get it resolved quickly and effectively.
