My wife and I have guardianship of our nephew. We just transferred over with them from another company and there was a small misunderstanding/discrepancy about staff pay, after speaking to Serena that works in the HR dept it was resolved immediately. I am very thankful that she took the time to listen to our concerns and address them. I would recommend anyone utilizing this agency for their loved ones.
