I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided by Dr. Razzaq’s clinic. The staff is consistently unprofessional and demonstrates a clear lack of competency in both customer service and basic medical administration. Trying to reschedule an appointment is an exercise in frustration — calls are frequently ignored, and when you do manage to get through, the staff is dismissive and unhelpful. ZERO STARS – Absolutely Unacceptable Experience If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Razzaq’s clinic is hands down the worst medical facility I’ve ever dealt with. The staff is shockingly unprofessional, rude, and clearly unqualified to be working in any healthcare setting. Getting a simple appointment rescheduled is nearly impossible. I scheduled my appointment three weeks in advance and even called twice to confirm. At the last minute, they canceled on me with no proper explanation. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t waste your time with this place
