The Johnson city office is very unprofessional. They lock the door and want you to ring a buzzard but no one ever answers it. And half the time when you call you get an answering machine so how are you ever suppose to talk to anyone if you have a promblem? Then they miss a shift to send their nurse to train somewhere else with out even bothering to call and let you know. I was with this company years ago and have recently want back to give them another chance but after only a month of being there I will never go back.
