Jeff was awesome. Took my husband William for a hearing test and to be fitted with aids. Jeff did the most thorough testing my 78 yr old husband has ever had. He also explained everything from how to insert the aids to cleaning them, to charging them and even put the app on his phone. My husband was so pleased with the service he received and I love the new aids he has as I don’t have to repeat myself anymore. Jeff at Pro Care is the best. My experience at the plattsburgh office with Jeff was excellent. He treated my needs with respect and care. He went beyond what I even imagined was going to happen just walking in with no appointment. Fixed my hearing aids and informed me on what is happening with my hearing. Will be coming back!
The friendly lady that greets you is very knowledgeable. Jeff actually came to the waiting room to introduce himself and shake my hand. He did a terrific job with my hearing test and fitting my hearing aids. I highly recommend Pro- Care Hearing for everyone.
I had a great experience here they were super friendly and great at explaining my hearing loss and very helpful customizing getting my hearing aids set up. If you need to go anywhere for hearing aids I would definitely recommend coming here
My grandson was visiting from Massachusetts and needed hearing aid adjustments. Jeff was more than willing to accommodate him. I will admit, I was not surprised at his willingness to assist on short notice. My husband and I have been going to ProCare hearing for quite a long time and are very satisfied with the practice.
