I’ve now used Gerber for two incidents with my vehicles and have been extremely satisfied with the work that has been done. Aaron is awesome to work with and keeps in contact with you the whole time your car is being repaired. I will continue to use them for any future needs.
Good communication, top notch work, and did all they could to stay on schedule
The team did a great job repairing my car. Aaron kept me well informed on the process so that everything went smoothly. Great customer service.
Worst car repair experience ever! They kept making promises about when the car would be ready and didn't meet any promised deadline. It took them over 6 weeks to repair a car with minimal front end damage from hitting a tire on the highway. It took so long, our insurance stopped covering the rental car. Gerber claimed they would cover any part of the car rental that insurance wouldn't cover. We have contacted them multiple times to do so with zero response.
